Create a project when a set of products and markets share a thesis. Attach a country so forecast summaries use that view. Notes stay with the project. This is not pipeline, billing, or client CRM.
What a project holds
A project stores a name, country, notes, product IDs, and market IDs. Forecast summaries inside the project use the project country so the team is looking at the same stored demand view.
How it pairs with Tracked
Tracked is the personal watch list with 7D / 30D change. Projects is the folder for a thesis. Use both when you want history on items and a written reason they sit together.
What it is not
Projects is not a CRM, not offer builder, and not a place to spy on stores. Those surfaces are either not live or not part of this feature.
