Raise budgets only after the market clears a revenue floor

TrendMetric is for media buyers who want a demand check before they raise budgets. Who’s Scaling ranks markets that already clear a meaningful estimated-revenue floor and still accelerate. Trending Products and VolumeScore™ show whether the SKU you are about to push even has stored search demand. None of this is an ads manager, a bid tool, or a ROAS forecast. Dropshippers use the product board to pick tests; you use it to decide whether a test is allowed to scale.

  • Who’s Scaling: revenue floor first, then positive momentum — not tiny % winners
  • Product board: volume, growth, competition, VolumeScore™ on the catalog SKU
  • Forecast: a demand range and Scale / Test / Watch / Caution — not a CPA target

Media buyers usually combine: Who’s Scaling, Trending Products, Forecast Also see For Dropshippers and For Ecommerce Agencies.

Scale the market that already has size

Who’s Scaling is a display ranking on top of Trending Markets. Worldwide uses a higher estimated-revenue floor than a single-country view. A small market with a huge percentage jump does not automatically rise. That is the point for buyers who have been burned by “+400%” on a tiny base.

Estimated revenue remains a modeled range. It is not Meta spend, not blended MER, and not a reason to ignore your own account data.

The SKU still has to exist in the catalog

If you are scaling a specific product, open it in Trending Products. Competition High plus Cooling trend is a reason to keep the test small even if creative is working this week. VolumeScore™ is a research rank, not a green-light for CBO.

Spy on Store is not live. You cannot paste a competitor URL and pull their ads or sales. Creative research stays in your ad accounts.

Forecast is a stance, not a media plan

A 30D Forecast returns a range, stance, and recommendation from stored history. Use it as a second opinion next to your learning-phase data. Longer horizons are less precise. Track Forecast is not live. Ecommerce agencies put the same range in a client note so scale recommendations are not just last week’s CPA.

Track the product or market on the day you start spending so later 7D / 30D change is honest. Tracked emails are optional on paid plans.

What media buyers should read before they scale

Estimated revenue floor

Who’s Scaling requires meaningful size first. Percentage growth on a tiny base is not enough.

Momentum

Positive stored momentum on top of the floor. Not an ads learning-phase metric.

Product competition

Catalog crowding label. Not CPC, CPM, or auction overlap.

VolumeScore™

Product research rank. Not predicted ROAS.

Forecast recommendation

Scale / Test / Watch / Caution from demand history — not a budget.

Country view

Stored local demand. Do not add it to Worldwide.

A buyer’s pre-scale checklist

Market first

If the category fails Who’s Scaling’s revenue floor, treat “hot growth” as a test, not a scale.

SKU second

Confirm the catalog product still has demand and is not Cooling into High competition.

Range third

Forecast 30D. If the stance is Watch or Caution, do not treat last week’s CPA as a run-rate.

For media buyers and performance marketers who need catalog demand and market momentum before they scale — not an ads spy and not a ROAS model.

Media buyer research FAQ

Does TrendMetric connect to Meta, TikTok, or Google Ads?+

No. It is a catalog research workspace. Acquisition, bids, and creative stay in your ad accounts.

Can I see a competitor’s ad spend?+

No. Spy on Store is Coming Soon. Estimated revenue is a modeled market range, not store-level or ad-account spend.

If percentage growth is huge, why might I still not scale?+

Who’s Scaling only ranks markets that already clear a meaningful estimated-revenue floor. A +400% jump on a tiny base is a test, not a scale signal. The ranking is on Pro and Business.

Is Forecast a prediction of my CPA?+

No. It is a demand range and stance from stored search history on a catalog product or market. It does not see your ads.

Which plan includes Who’s Scaling and Forecast?+

Pro and Business. Starter has Trending Products and Trending Markets without those two rankings/forecast tools.

Check demand before you scale

Open the live workspace. Catalog research — not a sales promise.
